This position formulates and implements manufacturing policies and programs designed to improve company’s competitive position and profitability. Directs and coordinates all manufacturing and engineering operations. This position provides leadership in the areas of communication, employee development, customer satisfaction and relationships. The mission is to create performance goals, key priorities and manufacturing organization structure and systems to meet established goals. A passion for excellence in manufacturing and strong people management skills are essential. Must have the ability to lead and motivate a diverse group of employees. The successful candidate will be recognized for successfully demonstrating significant improvements in organizational goals and objectives in previous employment relationships. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering or related field. Demonstrated performance in progressively responsible and complex management experience within a PWBA/CEM company. 10 years PWBA/CEM experience with a high-tech PWBA/CEM company.
