Our client is a Asian based PCB manufacturing company, that is looking to hire a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator in CA. The person MUST be able to speak English and Mandarin. You will coordinate daily post sale operations between the primary customer contact and the factory via email & phone. Support quote(RFQ), lead time, order booking, shipments, delivery schedule, engineering inquiry, quality issues(RMA) related to PCB production. The person must have a strong understanding of printed circuit board manufacturing. .
